Subscriptions

12-month Subscriptions

Your purchase is a subscription for a prepaid 12-month subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another 12-month term. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account on the one year anniversary of your last subscription date (the "Renewal Date"), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. You will receive an email notice approximately 30 days prior to the Renewal Date.

Monthly Subscription

Your purchase is a subscription for a prepaid monthly subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another month. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account on the one month anniversary of your last subscription date (the "Renewal Date"), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your monthly or annual subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days. To request a refund, please contact us using the following details:

All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your request.

Note: Refunds are only available for initial subscription or initial add-on purchases — subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
